Talent Sourcing Specialist – IT Infra Hiring

We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Sourcing Specialist to power our fast-paced IT Infra recruitment engine. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in building world-class teams for one of the fastest-growing segments in tech hiring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end sourcing for large-scale IT Infra roles by utilizing job boards, applicant tracking systems, and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent.
  • Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs in the IT services landscape by collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and deliver on aggressive timelines.
  • Analyze and improve sourcing performance using data and insights to screen candidates for skills, cultural fit, and compensation alignment.
  • Manage high-volume mandates and tight turnarounds while maintaining a proven ability to deliver results under pressure.
  • Mastery of Boolean search and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms is essential for success in this role.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, specifically in IT Infra hiring.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume mandates and delivering results under pressure.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or tech recruitment is a plus but not required.
