Job Overview

We are seeking a senior-level professional to lead our human resources function, driving strategic initiatives and overseeing talent development.

  • The successful candidate will develop and execute a Group HR Strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Key responsibilities include driving synergies across group companies regarding policies and practices.
  • The role involves leading leadership talent strategy: assessment, development, and succession for CXOs and key roles.
  • The position requires managing Group-wide HiPo (High Potential) and Future Leaders programs.
  • Strong succession planning for all critical roles is essential.
  • Talent mobility across the group should be promoted.
  • The Group Performance Management Framework for CEOs and L1s must be overseen.
  • Collaboration with the Nomination & Remuneration Committee to create and implement Executive Compensation Structures is required.
  • Partnership with CEOs and CHROs for aligned HR delivery across companies is necessary.
  • A Group HR Council for shared learning, policy consistency, and best practice execution should be established.
  • Reporting to the Board on HR matters such as people risks, succession, engagement, and culture is expected.
