Effective HR Leadership Role

  • We seek an accomplished Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our organization's Human Resources department.

Responsibilities

  • Set ambitious objectives for the HR team and track progress against established key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and implement comprehensive policies that foster a positive work environment, ensuring adherence to relevant labor regulations
  • Create and manage compensation and benefits programs that align with organizational goals
  • Strategically support and improve the recruitment process, including hosting in-house events and collaborating with managers on career development plans for employees
  • Maintain accurate HR metrics, such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire
  • Monitor and optimize departmental budgets
  • Organize training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Ensure timely resolution of employee requests and grievances through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Verify that HR procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements and qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Senior HR Manager or equivalent role
  • Hands-on expertise with Human Resource Management Software, including payroll systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Detailed understanding of labor legislation and regulatory requirements
