Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.

This is a key role that involves driving growth through strategic partnerships with national and regional influencers of business.

The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder management, decision-making, and analytical skills.

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Select, document, negotiate, and initiate business relationships with partners.
  • Maintain the health of business from partners and ensure timely settlements.
  • Drive Central Office-Channel Management results.
  • Effectively manage channel facets of business.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all partners and prospects.
  • Ensure control function interfacing with Compliance, Legal, Finance, SPU, etc.
  • Drive business delivery through daily engagements with internal channel members.
  • Launch initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Create engagement and review platforms for budget delivery.
  • Bridge between Partners and YBL for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.

People Management/Self-Management Responsibilities:

  • Organize regular training for resources on products, processes, and competition benchmarking for Trade & Forex business in Retail segment.
  • Bridge between Sales team and product team for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
  • Periodically review performance to identify business leakages and take corrective measures.
