We are looking for a Purchase Specialist to oversee purchasing processes, handle purchase orders, and ensure effective purchase management from our Mumbai office.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and maintain purchasing records.
  • Manage purchase orders from inception to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of purchasing activities, providing insights to support business growth.

Key Requirements

  • Proficiency in Marine Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and Purchase Orders.
  • Experience in Purchase Management for ships or related industries.
  • Strong Analytical Skills, Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
