Job OverviewAs a Customer Relations Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in fostering long-term relationships with clients. You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolutions to client inquiries.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries via phone or email, providing timely responses to resolve their concerns efficiently.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by engaging in proactive communication, empathetic listening, and effective issue resolution.
- Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and visibility teams to address service-related concerns, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- Support account setup, documentation, and order processing, guaranteeing accurate information is recorded and processed promptly.
- Manage escalations effectively, communicating clearly with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
- Facilitate onboarding new clients, providing valuable guidance on services and supporting their transition into our ecosystem.
- Document customer interactions and maintain precise records in CRM systems, enabling data-driven insights and informed decision-making.
- Collect feedback from customers and share valuable insights with management to enhance our customer-centric approach.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Logistics, or related field).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, client relations, or logistics support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with North American Trucking operations is highly valued.
- Able to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments with high pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is required.
