Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Representative to strengthen and grow our strategic client relationships. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing high-value accounts, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction while identifying new business

opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
3. Understand client objectives and align solutions to meet business goals.
4. Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic initiatives.
5. Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
6. Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, and product) to deliver customized solutions.
8. Identify risks in client relationships and proactively address challenges.
9. Mentor and guide junior account managers to build strong client engagement skills.

Requirements:

- Experience: 3+ years in key account management, business development, or client servicing (preferably in Automobile.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer success strategies, and account management practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple large accounts and travel as required.
