Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Representative to strengthen and grow our strategic client relationships. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing high-value accounts, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction while identifying new business
opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Understand client objectives and align solutions to meet business goals.
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
- Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, and product) to deliver customized solutions.
- Identify risks in client relationships and proactively address challenges.
- Mentor and guide junior account managers to build strong client engagement skills.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in key account management, business development, or client servicing (preferably in Automobile.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer success strategies, and account management practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple large accounts and travel as required.
