We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with the HR departments of client organizations. The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact for clients, understanding their HR-related requirements, ensuring smooth communication, and promoting the companys solutions and services. This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and client-handling skills, with a proactive approach to business development and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and HR departments of client organizations.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with HR leaders, understanding their business and workforce needs.
  • Present and promote the companys HR solutions / services (such as training, payroll, compliance, outsourcing, or consulting).
  • Manage client communication, feedback, and escalation to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, service delivery) to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and renewals in CRM tools.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients to strengthen engagement and gather feedback.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, HR practices, and competitor offerings to provide relevant insights to clients.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or HR Management (MBA preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build trust and manage professional relationships with senior HR stakeholders.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn, and Client Relationship Management
