Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our ecommerce solutions. Daily tasks include regular communication with clients, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements, managing client accounts, and identifying opportunities for account expansion and additional services. The role also involves addressing client issues and concerns promptly and professionally to maintain long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for client interaction and relationship building
  • Account Management and Client Servicing experience
  • Problem-Solving and Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the eCommerce Industry and Marketplaces
  • Project Management and Coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the ecommerce industry is advantageous
