Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Associate. The CRA will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, whilst coordinating with branch relationship manager, assisting the clients for 3in1 account opening and maintaining effective communication. Day-to-day tasks include visiting general branches to get leads from the branch manager and guiding those leads through the entire 3in1 account opening process and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Business Relationship Management and Client Relations skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for assessing market trends and investment opportunities
  • Effective Communication skills for clear and professional interactions with clients
  • Proficiency in Relationship Building to foster trust and long-term engagement with clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in financial services or a related industry is beneficial
