Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Client Relationship Executive
responsible for managing client interactions, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and hands-on experience with CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Maintain accurate client information and interaction history in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads, renewals, and ongoing client engagements.
  • Prepare and share relevant reports, updates, and documentation as required.
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions or services.
  • Ensure high standards of professional communication in all client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years
    of experience in client servicing, customer success, or relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    .
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle client conversations confidently.
  • Good understanding of
    CRM tools
    and client-management processes.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
