Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. The role includes managing client accounts, providing product and service information, handling client inquiries, and identifying new business opportunities. The individual will also be involved in coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and facilitating smooth communication between clients and the company.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client relationship management, account management, and customer service
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Pharma / Chemical / Automation industry
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the instrumentation and controls industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate with diverse teams

  • Compensation: As per industry standards + Incentive structure based on performance
  • Travel: Frequent local and outstation travel as per client requirement
