Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic intern to join our Client Relationship Management team. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who wish to gain practical exposure in student counseling and relationship-building. The intern will actively interact with students, promote our courses, and support recruitment initiatives. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, especially in spoken English, as clear, confident interaction is essential to this role. This position provides hands-on learning, engagement, and professional development opportunities in the education and wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students.
  • Counsel and guide students about our courses with clear, confident, and fluent spoken English.
  • Participate in college visits, seminars, and recruitment drives for brand promotion.
  • Handle inquiries from students with professionalism and provide timely follow-ups.
  • Collect feedback and support activities that enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and assist in report preparation.
  • Work with the senior team to implement strategies for student recruitment and relationship growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation (preferably in management, marketing, or related field).
  • Excellent spoken and written English with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Confident communicator with presentation abilities.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and online communication tools.
