Client Service Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Client Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships by delivering tailored solutions.

This includes ensuring smooth onboarding, understanding and implementing regulatory guidelines related to foreign investments, tracking and managing NAV releases, handling client queries efficiently, coordinating fee calculations, processing subscriptions/redemptions, liaising with custodians, distributors, and referral agents, maintaining accurate client databases, and providing end-to-end support for both domestic and overseas client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, regular updates, and timely issue resolution.
  • Onboarding Expertise: Ensure seamless onboarding experience for clients by streamlining processes, reducing complexity, and increasing efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Understand and implement regulatory guidelines related to foreign investments, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Operational Efficiency: Track and manage NAV releases, handle client queries efficiently, coordinate fee calculations, process subscriptions/redemptions, and maintain accurate client databases.
  • Liaison and Support: Liaise with custodians, distributors, and referral agents to ensure smooth transactions, provide end-to-end support for client onboarding, and resolve any issues that may arise.

This role requires a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure a seamless client experience across all touchpoints.
