Client Relationship Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities to grow their business, and providing expert guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customized solutions to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Build trust and rapport with senior management at client organizations
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress towards business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in financial services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
