About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS: Develop and manage relationships with HNI clients to increase wallet share and drive overall growth in liabilities and investment business.
  • DELIVERING SUPERIOR SERVICE: Provide exceptional service to key customers to develop long-term relationships and increase client satisfaction.
  • IDENTIFYING REVENUE OPPORTUNITIES: Identify current and potential clients with additional revenue opportunities and grow the portfolio accordingly.
  • Achieving sales targets across liabilities, retail assets, business banking, FOREX, cards, and investments
  • PROACTIVELY OFFERING PRODUCTS: Proactively offer the full range of consumer and commercial banking products to new and existing HNI relationships.
  • INCREASING CASA BALANCES: Increase CASA balances within the assigned portfolio through account deepening or new acquisitions.
  • DRIVING PRODUCT PENETRATION: Drive higher product and channel penetration to increase wallet share with the bank.
Customer Engagement:
  • ENSURE PORTFOLIO QUALITY: Engage with each mapped relationship regularly to ensure portfolio quality.
  • FIRST POINT OF CONTACT: Act as the first point of contact and be responsible for both service and sales satisfaction of clients.
Investment Advisory:
  • FINANCIAL PLANNING AND INVESTMENT ADVISORY: Provide financial planning and investment advisory to HNI clients.
  • GENERATING FEE-BASED INCOME: Generate fee-based income through the sale of mutual funds, investments, and insurance products.
Process and Audit:
  • SALES ACTIVITIES RECORDING: Ensure all sales activities and client interactions are recorded as per organizational processes.
  • CLIENT PROFILING: Conduct detailed client profiling to capture and maximize business opportunities.
  • ADHERENCE TO INTERNAL PROCESS: Adhere strictly to internal processes, compliance, and audit standards.
