Key Responsibilities
We need a Business Development Representative who can help us identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to design and execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate leads. This includes setting up meetings to understand customer needs and concerns, handling objections and convincing leads to take a product demo. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for collating client feedback and presenting it to the team and management. They will also manage leads in our CRM system, update statuses regularly, and ensure reports are accurate.

Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders at all levels. Basic knowledge of B2B sales, prospecting, email campaigns, and cold calling is preferred. You should be able to build and nurture a strong network of people and channels for lead generation. Proactivity and decision-making skills are essential as you will often work independently.
