We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Lifelancer, a talent-hiring platform in Life Sciences, Pharma, and IT.

Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Budget: Negotiable salary based on location and experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including doctors, hospitals, and pathology labs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure expertise in sales and marketing.
Requirements

To be successful as a Business Development Executive, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as biochemistry, biology, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical science.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the life sciences or healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
