Job Description: As a Customer Service Executive at HCLTech, you will play a crucial role in resolving customer queries and providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls from UK customers, adhering to call flow procedures and ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Escalating issues that cannot be resolved at the agent level, while maintaining a first-call resolution rate.
  • Following company policies and procedures to ensure data security and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Participating in motivational activities and implementing feedback from monitoring sessions to continuously improve performance.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English, with a professional telephone etiquette.
  • Freshers in UK Inbound calling, preferably in the Banking domain.
