Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective client engagement, product knowledge, and negotiation skills.
  • Client Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and expand our customer base.
  • Territory Management: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets, manage territories, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Credentials: Proven track record of success in sales roles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, and minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
