As a seasoned Post-Sales Operations Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end customer experience from sale to final settlement. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless documentation, compliance with regulatory requirements, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional in post-sales operations within the real estate industry. This is a unique opportunity to drive improvements in customer experience during the post-sale phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Closing Process: Manage agreement execution, registration, possession, and final settlements efficiently.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Project teams for timely handovers.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to stamp duty, registration, RERA documentation, and taxation regulations.
  • Customer Support: Address queries related to documentation, possession, and payments promptly.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate customer records and closing-related documentation.
  • Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience during the post-sales phase.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in post-sales operations or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate documentation, compliance, and registration processes.
  • Strong communication, customer-handling, and coordination skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (MBA preferred).
