We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Business Development Manager to lead our franchisee acquisition efforts in Tamil Nadu.

Estimated Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of managing sales teams and driving revenue growth. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring new franchisees in your region through your team of territory managers.

You will also be responsible for managing existing franchisees across your region, ensuring their business development, and providing guidance and support to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the franchisee sales team, providing coaching and support to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Monitor and analyze the sales team's performance, implementing strategies for improvement as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to expand the franchisee network and increase market presence.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve revenue targets, including broking and cross-selling goals.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies within the franchisee network.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the broking industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and company policies related to franchisee management.
