Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to join our team as a Senior Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and pipeline generation from key public sector accounts.

You will lead the client relationship from end-to-end, managing all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact to close.

Key responsibilities include researching new market opportunities, identifying selling possibilities, and evaluating customer needs. You will also actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other methods.

As a Senior Manager, you will have in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition. You will prepare approach notes and proposal documents, translating client-provided information into clear programme objectives and learning outcomes.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. You will communicate effectively with stakeholders on all their program management and business development-related queries.

  1. Lead revenue and pipeline generation from key public sector accounts/territory; and drive business growth with individual sales targets
  2. Manage the client relationship from end-to-end as part of the sales process.
  3. Research new market opportunities and clients - Contacting potential clients to establish network, arrange meetings and support in customer outreach identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  4. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and other methods
  5. Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  6. Prepare approach notes and proposal documents - Translate client-provided information into clear programme objectives and learning outcomes. Support in programme documentation and create knowledge collaterals
  7. Communicating with and informing existing clients in a way that supports an ongoing relationship.
  8. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  9. Managing diagnostic studies and support the sales process when required

Assist in programme planning and execution - adjusting project plans and implementing remedial plans as required.

Requirements:
  • Qualification: Master's degree in business administration or education or a related discipline.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in curriculum design and blended learning, MS Office.
  • Behavioral Skills: Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, excellent analytical and diagnostic skills, good questioning, probing and listening skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, multi-tasking ability with superior time management skills.
