">Indian real estate is earmarked to be a $650 billion market in 2025 and a $1 trillion worth sector in 2030. With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, we are on a path to capture this massive and super-broken market.
">Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months, we have raised a total of $16 million through various funding rounds. Our investors include Sequoia Surge, Foundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures.

">Location: Bangalore
">Experience: 5-10 years
">- Develop and execute business expansion strategies aligned with national goals.
- Identify regional market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to drive business growth.
- Build a strong presence in local industry forums, associations, and networks.
- Acquire enterprise and mid-market clients across Bangalore and surrounding areas.
- Own and deliver revenue targets, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and conversion.
- Negotiate and close large-value deals with regional accounts.
- Manage profit and loss (P&L) for the Bangalore region ensuring profitability and cost optimization.
- Oversee client delivery, onboarding, and customer satisfaction in the region.
- Lead a high-performing sales and account management team for the Bangalore region.
- Provide mentorship, set performance KPIs, and drive a culture of accountability and growth.
- Education: MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 5–12 years of experience in B2B business leadership, sales, or regional business management.
- Strong understanding of the Bangalore market, with established local networks.
- Proven track record of achieving regional revenue targets and scaling businesses.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience.
