Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our expansion in the polymers market. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical thinking, business insight, and the ability to identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and identify new business opportunities in local and international markets through thorough market research and analysis.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key customers, resin producers, and industry partners to drive sales growth and expand our market share.
  • Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and tradeshows to promote our products and services and build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and inventory management team to optimize supply chain operations and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform product development and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in trading polymers in India and international markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the polymer market in India, including market dynamics, trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • The ability to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Outstanding leadership quality, with the ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Effective time and task management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, International Trade, or related fields; an MBA is preferred but not required.
