Job Title: Data Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for capturing, organizing, and analyzing large amounts of data to support business decisions.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and management. You will be required to collaborate with global teams to implement internal systems and contribute to the development of cost indices and escalation.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in data capture, organization, storage, and analysis to create and maintain accurate cost databases.
- Managing large datasets in Excel and collaborating with estimators/surveyors to fill data gaps.
- Contributing to the collection, capture, and utilization of historic data.
- Performing other duties as necessary, including coordinating with senior staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree + 2 years relevant experience.
- Firm decision-making abilities and excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Experience in data analysis and data management.
- Understanding of IT technology, including Intranet, MS Windows, and MS Office Suites.
- Preferred skills include Microsoft suite, especially Excel and SharePoint, SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, and Tableau.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Dedication to current/continued pursuit of registrations.
- Excellent English communication skills.
