Job Overview

The Data and Analytics Team Lead is a key member of our organization responsible for serving as the primary liaison between assigned business functions and the data analytics team.

The successful candidate will be tasked with understanding business objectives and translating them into actionable data requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

To achieve this, you will prioritize and manage incoming requests from business stakeholders, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Business Engagement & Coordination
  • Analytics Delivery & Technical Execution
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration

Key Deliverables:

  • Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Data Analysts; assign work, review outputs, and provide technical guidance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a team or project lead capacity.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development (including DAX, data modelling, performance tuning).
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
