We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to lead our lubricant sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities within the lubricants market by analyzing customer needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to provide exceptional service and support.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets for lubricant products within the assigned territory.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business administration).
- 10-15 years of experience in sales, particularly in the lubricants or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation skill.
- Knowledge of lubricants (Grease & Oil) and their applications.
