Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Business Development Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for managing business relationships with educational institutions, driving growth and expansion, and onboarding new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage B2B relationships with colleges and universities
  • E nsure consistent engagement and smooth communication with clients
  • Drive growth in designated regions (Delhi/NCR, Pune, Bangalore, etc.)
  • Develop strategies to onboard new clients and ensure sustainable growth
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
  • Lead the onboarding process of new educational institutions
  • Help institutions understand how our platform can enhance their services
  • Support institutions during the initial stages of adoption
  • Provide necessary training and support to clients
  • Manage CRM systems to track progress, client issues, and feedback
  • Analyze growth metrics and ensure goals are met
  • Share timely updates with internal teams and clients about performance, issues, and opportunities
  • Maintain accurate information in CRM systems
  • Handle client queries effectively
