Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder engagement to gather insights and build support for strategic initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and business case creation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High proficiency in tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Able to navigate and deliver results in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • BE | BTech in Chemical Engineering.
  • MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI).
  • 15 to 17 years of experience in strategic roles within the chemical or allied sectors.
  • Prior exposure to business development, corporate planning, or strategy consulting.
