Business Head Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Business Head to spearhead business growth and profitability. As the chief business leader, you will oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability for the business.
  • Building and leading a high-performing team to execute the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and developing plans to expand the company's customer base.
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
  • Managing product development initiatives, including ideation, design, and launch.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.

You will have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and at least 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role. Experience in the Ed-tech industry is highly preferred.
