Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Compliance Officer to lead our compliance function. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our operations are conducted in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our compliance framework, including policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance matters, including regulatory requirements, risk management, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including SEBI Act, AIF Regulations, FEMA, and IFSC regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulators, industry associations, and other stakeholders to stay up-to-date on regulatory developments and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance or a related field, preferably in the securities market or financial products industry.
  • Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and regulatory requirements, including SEBI Act, AIF Regulations, FEMA, and IFSC regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Mastery of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools and technologies.
