The Senior Business Finance Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end finance operations with a focus on the revenue cycle. This involves ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Finance Operations
  • Oversee End-To-End Finance Operations: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to improve finance operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure Accuracy and Compliance: Verify that all financial processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  1. Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Prepare Annual Budgets: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts for the office.
  • Monitor and Track Budgets: Regularly review and analyze budget performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights.
  1. Financial Reporting & Closing
  • Manage Financial Closing Activities: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports.
  • Prepare Financial Reports: Develop comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheet schedules and reconciliations.
  1. MIS, Audit & Compliance
  • Develop Management Information Systems: Design and implement management information systems to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure Compliance: Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth audit closures, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements and internal controls.
