Job Overview

\Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and deliver exceptional customer support.

  • Contribute to team agile planning activities, backlog prioritization, and management.
  • Identify and escalate application issues or risks to the team and propose resolution strategies.

  • Drive innovation by investigating new tools, methods, and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and document support processes and solutions.
  • Stay adaptable to new technologies and learn about evolving applications and systems.
\Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience.
  • Proficiency in monitoring and diagnosing application issues using APM solutions.
  • Experience in identifying performance bottlenecks and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Knowledge of tools such as ASP.NET, C#, SQL, EPiServer CMS, EPiServer Commerce, EPiServer Find, EPiServer Forms, Episerver Content Delivery API, EPiServer Deployment API, EPiServer DXP. REST API.
  • Experience in GIT.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automating support tasks and workflows.
  • Expertise in analyzing application logs to identify errors, exceptions, and performance indicators.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and digital experience.
  • Experience working in Agile or DevOps teams.
