We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our dynamic support team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in FinTech or Banking, with strong communication and analytical skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely application support for banking and fintech applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users, understanding and resolving their concerns or escalating them as needed.
  • Conduct thorough incident analysis, identify root causes, and track resolutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and optimal service delivery.
  • Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in a centralized knowledge base for easy reference.
  • Monitor application logs and system alerts to proactively identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Support regular deployments, patch releases, and production validations to maintain high-quality service levels.
  • Communicate effectively with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders through clear and concise language.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in application support, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple support tickets under time constraints.
  • Familiarity with incident and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
  • Basic understanding of SQL and database query writing for issue analysis.
  • Exposure to ITIL practices or service management workflows.
