Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Log, track, and resolve incidents using IT service management tools such as Manage Engine and ADX.
  • Assign tasks to engineers and ensure timely closure of incidents.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT equipment warranty and AMC support coverage.
  • Generate regular reports on incident trends, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Service Desk environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
