
Sales Partnership Development Manager

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Corporate Partnership Executive.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate partnership, institutional sales or a relevant sales profile. They should possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Compiling and maintaining a database of national and local donor organizations.
- Creating and pitching proposals/presentations to potential clients.
- Regularly monitoring donor websites and identifying opportunities matching the work of the organization.
- Building contacts with potential individual clients and raising funds for the activities of the organization.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients and responding to their requests regularly.
Requirements:
- Graduate/PGDM/MBA in sales or an equivalent level.
- BSW/MSW with a fundraiser on CSR would be an added advantage.
Selection Criteria:
- Experience in B2B sales and corporate client handling.
- Knowledge of CRM applications is preferred.
Benefits:
- Remuneration: Upto ₹45,000/- (somewhat flexible for the ideal candidate).
- Preference will be given to immediate joiners only.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The successful candidate will be measured on their ability to achieve fundraising goals, maintain client relationships, and compile accurate databases.
Travel Requirements
They must be available for free traveling across the district for conducting meetings with government officials, industry, and corporate clients.
They will also be required to proactively deepen existing donor relationships, identify new donors/investors, and conduct client meetings and follow-ups.
