SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is ₹15,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
Job DescriptionAs a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving monthly revenue targets, tracking sales statistics and forecasts, and developing innovative sales strategies to exceed sales targets.
You will also be responsible for enhancing Worldline's Wallet Share in assigned accounts, cross-selling/up-selling other products to clients, hunting for new logos, and onboarding new merchants.
In addition, you will share knowledge on new products and enhancements to customers, participate in continued education to learn about new account management techniques, and operate as the lead point of contact for customers in the portfolio.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science/Commerce, MBA/PGDBM preferred
- Minimum 6 years experience in Key Account management/handling government accounts in banks/payment services companies
- Strong leadership, project management, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers, stakeholders, and teams
- Sales and Marketing skills for product strategies, pricing, and market share expansion
- Business Development skills to segment the target market, gather intelligence, and identify opportunities
- Commercial awareness and analytical skills for applying financial principles to business thinking
