- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on key organizational and HR matters.
- Talent Acquisition and Management
- Drive recruitment efforts to attract top talent in technical and specialized roles.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and career development programs to ensure high retention and engagement.
- Performance Management
- Develop and maintain performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and continuous feedback mechanisms.

- Cultivate a positive work environment and implement initiatives that enhance employee morale, productivity, and retention.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role related to the tech industry.
Salary: ₹120,000 - ₹180,000 per annum (estimated)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of technology workforce trends and challenges.
- Proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience in managing talent acquisition processes, performance management, and employee development programs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
