Product Sales Manager

About the Role
Axis Bank is seeking a highly skilled Product Sales Manager to drive the Commercial Card Business across various segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering individual segmental budgets in terms of revenue, new client onboarding, spends, and limit set-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving the overall Business KRA's
- Manage the mapped client base to deliver on the business goals
- Internal Stakeholder management across Coverage, Product, BSG, IT, Branches, Operations, Underwriting, Risk, Policy, and Compliance team
- Regular engagement with stakeholders to drive commercial card penetration in their respective portfolios
- Need-based positioning of Commercial Cards Products across the client base
- Acquiring of Clients for Commercial Cards
- Deepening of Commercial Cards product within the mapped client base
- Cross-Sell of CMS products to the mapped Commercial Card Clients
- Delinquency management
- Have an in-depth understanding of Commercial Cards products and processes
Qualifications
Post Graduate in Business Management
Understanding of the Commercial Card business
At least 5-7 years' work experience. Cards/Commercial Cards experience preferred
Result-oriented and willing to deliver on the business/client requirements
