We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Area Sales Manager team for a manufacturing company of plumbing products.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned geographical location. You will also lead the Sales team and foster brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell products and services through B2B and B2C channels.
  • Train technicians and plumber teams on product range.
  • Arrange displays and samples at franchisee showrooms.
  • Develop business relationships with franchisees and promote products to their network of architects, builders, developers, consultants, contractors, plumbers, etc.
  • Plan sales according to the PSO system and achieve 80% of it.
  • Achieve sales growth.
  • Collect money within 60 days credit terms (as per company norms).
  • Recall/recover unsold stocks within 90 days (as per company norms).
  • Conduct regular plumber trainings.
  • Resolve franchisee business issues.
  • Engage in direct sales to own clients and projects.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (advantage if diploma/BE Mechanical)
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in ceramics, tiles, piping, sanitary plumbing
  • Experience in products like Pex piping, flush tanks, shower channels, exhaust, and bath fittings
  • Good relationships and market network
  • Good numerical analysis skills in Excel
  • Concept selling skills with innovative selling ideas

Location: North Goa, Nashik, Pune, Bangalore, Rajasthan (Jaipur), Gujarat (Surat, Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar, Rajkot, Baroda, Gandhidham), and Hyderabad.
