Job Description:

Evarastaffing is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for handling the sales and distribution of associated brands in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors to drive business growth.
  • Conduct field sales and outstation visits to meet with customers and promote products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
  • Manage sales prospects and develop targeted sales strategies to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in field sales and related tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
