Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Inteliqo eTechnologies Private Limited in Noida. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base through effective lead generation, sales strategy development, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold-calling, and/or other sources.
  2. Create and close new business opportunities for the company.
  3. Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.
  4. Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social Networking.
  5. Generate client awareness and preference for the business and its services. May include developing/sending promotional material, authoring articles, presenting in business forums, business associations, etc.
  6. Identify and close specific sales opportunities within target companies.
  7. Build business transformation propositions for prospects/industries and present these to prospective customers.
  8. Recommend which opportunities the business should pursue using criteria such as highest probability of winning, profit potential, etc.

Requirements: A graduate degree, advance university degree preferred or equivalent experience. Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in BPO sales only, with in-depth sales experience, industry expertise, and a proven track record against getting good campaigns & generating revenue. Experience in transitions and in-depth knowledge in negotiating/Quoting prices of different work models is also essential.

Estimated Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum (as per industry standards).
