Senior Sales and Development Executive

We are seeking a Senior Sales and Development Executive to join our team at Diverse Lynx. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted business development strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets within the US market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US business landscape and be able to identify potential opportunities for growth and expansion. You will be responsible for conducting thorough market research to identify and qualify high-potential leads across the US, as well as building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients in the US.
You will also be responsible for effectively communicating the value proposition of our products or services, tailoring presentations to specific client needs. This will include managing the initial stages of the sales cycle, from lead generation to qualification and initial contact with potential US clients. In addition, you will work collaboratively with sales teams to ensure seamless hand-off of qualified leads.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with a strong focus on the US market. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
