Job Title: Senior Client Services Program Manager

At NICE, we're a market leader in the global market, and we're always looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a Senior Client Services Program Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing multiple projects and initiatives that support our organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior IT and business managers, serving as a single point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, translating customer contracts into comprehensive project plans and overseeing end-to-end delivery.
  • Actively manage project conflicts, dependencies, changes to scope, cost, or schedule, and ensure plans are in place to mitigate risks and issues.
  • Execute Hybrid and Agile projects/programs, taking on Scrum Master roles as required.
  • Support users through UAT, change request acceptance, and customer support handover.
  • Develop expertise in Actimize products and data requirements through training, self-study, and engagement with client business and technology stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and Actimize offices and development sites across multiple geographies.
  • Effectively communicate with multiple internal interfaces and stakeholders in a global matrix environment to achieve project objectives.
  • Create and maintain required project artifacts.
  • Manage P&L for all project implementations.
  • Generate managed services revenue from current clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 11 years of hands-on technology experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of program management experience in the software/IT industry.
  • PMP or Prince2 certification.
  • BA degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience managing several major projects involving diverse operations and technology groups.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and influence business decisions and directions.
  • Excellent organizational, customer service, and people skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NICE Actimize experience.
  • Financial securities industry experience, including Risk Management, Compliance, and AML.
  • Experience working with Waterfall/Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Onsite and offshore delivery models.
