Job Title: Senior Associate, Client Services

Data Axle Inc. is a leading provider of data, marketing solutions, sales, and research services. Our Pune office is a strategic global centre of excellence, delivering mission-critical data services to customers worldwide using our proprietary cloud-based technology platform and business databases.

Job Summary:

The Senior Associate, Client Services will assist in the daily running of sales programs and procedures. This may include tasks such as order entry, high-level data solutions support, and working on special projects to satisfy divisional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of Data Axle processes, data assets, and ability to serve as an expert in the use of Data Axle systems, products, and services.
  • Manage, confirm, and prioritize incoming orders, ensuring requests are properly understood and executed.
  • Set up and launch complex segmentation inquiries in relevant platforms to determine maximum and targeted audiences.
  • Provide administrative support to sales, account managers, and other teams.
  • Maintain logs, monitor, and track customer concerns, including documentation of customer interactions.
  • Request and review required order documentation, including contracts, approvals, credit applications, and billing documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of direct marketing standard practices, with the ability to review and approve sample mail pieces and/or telemarketing scripts for sensitive data orders.
  • Coordinate approvals for FTC consumer orders, obtaining waivers or Subscription Account Numbers (SANs) as required.
  • Provide service and trouble-shooting support to customers, continually researching and implementing best practice protocols.
  • Follow Company policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Ability to work in the Pune office during evening and/or overnight shifts.
  • Maintain customer relationship management systems and serve as a backup for other teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 3+ years of experience.
  • Ability to handle workload quickly and with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities in a timely manner, maintaining integrity of work.
  • Ability to review order data, offer options, and resolve issues.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and various Internet applications.
  • Excellent command of communication, with the ability to articulate and professional manner.
  • Quick learner, able to accomplish tasks with minimal effort.
  • Strong sense of self-motivation, with the ability to accomplish multiple tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, meet organizational deadlines, and multi-task while maintaining quality of work product.
