Role Overview

BNY is seeking a skilled Client Service Associate to join our Liquidity and Margin Services team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and drive business growth.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements and best practices to enhance client service and drive business efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4-7 years of experience in client service, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
