At BNY, we're seeking a Senior Associate, Client Service to join our Asset Servicing, Client Experience team. This role is located in Pune, MAH- HYBRID.
In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring smooth service delivery for our global clients, supporting Relationship Managers on client account setup and governance, and managing client fee pricing review in collaboration with Relationship Managers.
You'll actively engage with clients and internal stakeholders to plug revenue leakage, be the point of contact for client's invoice related matters, and support financial targets by working towards process improvement and automation opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree or higher, 6-8 years of experience in the investment banking industry, and proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
