Job Summary

Vyom Labs Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Estimated Salary: ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 per annum based on experience and location.

About the Role

This exciting role requires a strong understanding of IT Service and Operations Management, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to customers. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an USA outbound Inside Sales environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales qualified leads targets. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, LinkedIn navigator, and other social media platforms.
  • Research relevant databases such as ZoomInfo to extract customer information.
  • Guide marketing interns in generating customer databases.
  • Arrange customer meetings with Sales Manager/Pre-sales consultants.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to achieve sales qualified leads targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service and Operations Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
